GO to www.truvia.co.za to complete the refund request form from this website (or CALL 080 000 0037 to obtain a refund request form and the full terms and conditions) with your name, physical address, actual purchase price paid (excluding discounts and/or vouchers), reason why you were not completely satisfied with the Truvia® Sweetener product and other requested details.

UPLOAD the image of the original dated receipt (with the purchase price circled) and SUBMIT the form within 60 days of date of purchase. You should receive a confirmation email after the form has been submitted.

If the original dated receipt is not included with the completed refund request form, the purchase price will not be refunded.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, or illegible refund claim forms, including any incorrect information provided on the refund request form; or for electronic, programming, technological, software, network or other error, malfunction, failure or the like which interrupts or prevents the availability of refund forms from submitting for any reason whatsoever.
The Sponsor further reserves its right to reject requests determined in its reasonable discretion to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. If a request is rejected for any reason, the Sponsor will have no liability in conjunction with same. Sponsor's decisions regarding compliance with these Terms and eligibility for refund are final and binding in all respects, and no further correspondence will be entered into. The Sponsor will not provide a refund for any non-qualifying product other than those listed above.

By submitting a refund request form, you hereby consent to the Sponsor collecting and processing your personal information (PI), including but not limited to your name, surname, physical address, email address and telephone number for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the refund to you.
Accordingly, you understand:

that your right to privacy and the right to have your PI processed is done in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information as set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA);

the purposes for which your PI is required and for which it will be used, and you consent to third parties accessing your PI and to the Sponsor sharing your PI strictly for any and all purposes relating to this campaign;

that should you refuse to provide the Sponsor with the required consent and/or information, the Sponsor will be unable to process your refund;

and declare that all your PI supplied to the Sponsor is accurate, up to date, not misleading and that it is complete in all respects and will be held and/or stored securely for the purpose for which it was collected and that you will immediately advise the Sponsor of any changes to your PI should any of your details change.

you have the right to request that your PI be corrected or deleted, if it is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete, misleading, or obtained unlawfully or that the PI or record be destroyed or deleted if the Sponsor is no longer authorised to retain your PI.

The Sponsor will also use and handle such PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.petrowfoods.co.za. The Sponsor confirms that it will hold the PI until 31 March 2024, after which it will be destroyed in terms of POPIA. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how you may opt out, access, update or correct your PI, how you may complain about an alleged breach concerning the processing of your PI to the South Africa Information Regulator, and how those complaints will be dealt with.
