300g Dark Chocolate
150g Fresh Cream
1⁄2 tsp Cocoa Powder
Directions

Heat the dark chocolate on the stove until it melts using a double boiler.

Add 150g of Fresh Cream

Add 1⁄2 tsp of Cocoa Powder
- 5.
Leave the mixture to rest for 2 hours minimum
- 6.
Evenly divide it into portions of 15g then cover the pieces with Cocoa Powder
