Raspberry Cream Cheese Frozen Yoghurt made with Truvia Low-Kilojoule Spoonable Jar Sweetener

2 ½ cups frozen raspberries
150 g non-fat cream cheese
150 g lime "Greek yoghurt" or plain yoghurt
Directions
- 1.
Add raspberries to a food processor, chop into small pieces.
- 2.
Add yoghurt, cream cheese cut into chunks and Truvia Low-Kilojoule Sweetener
- 3.
Blend until smooth, you will need to turn off and scrape down bowl a couple of times.
- 4.
Serve the yoghurt immediately.
- 5.
Freeze leftovers.
Optional
- 6.
Garnish with a berry and a mint leaf.
- 7.
Try with other berries.
- 8.
If removing from the freezer let it warm-up in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to help soften, you can also re-blend to make softer.
- 9.
Different Greek yoghurts will have different sweetness levels, adjust Truvia Low-Kilojoule Sweetener levels as needed.
