2 cups Oats
1⁄2 cup Walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp Honey
1⁄2 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Goji Berries
Directions
- 1.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2.
Mtir the oats, coconut oil and honey until thoroughly combined.
- 3.
Evenly distribute the mixture on a lined baking sheet.
- 4.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way through.
- 5.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds and berries.
- 6.
Allow to cool before placing in an airtight container.
