Blended Iced Coffee Recipe

Serving size: 1 cup (8 fl. oz.)

Ingredients

225 ml cold water
2 tsp instant coffee
1⁄2 cup skim milk
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
4 Truvia Low-Kilojoule Sweetener Sachets*
2 1⁄2 cups ice

*or 1 2⁄3 Tbsp of Truvia Low-Kilojoule Sweetener Spoonable Jar

Directions

1.
Stir instant coffee into water.
2.
Add coffee and remaining ingredients to blender.
3.
Mix on high speed for about 15-30 seconds until combined.
4.
Serve immediately.

VARIATIONS (MAY AFFECT NUTRITIONALS)

Replace water and instant coffee with 225 ml of your favorite brewed coffee.
6.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
7.
Top with chocolate syrup or dust with cocoa powder.
8.
Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
